General Motors (GM) will cease new vehicle sales of Chevrolet in the Thailand market by the end of 2020, but our commitment to looking after our customers remains, with Chevrolet continuing to provide ongoing warranty, repair and aftersales services throughout Thailand.

Chevrolet owners can rest assured that we will continue to honor all vehicle warranties and provide service and aftersales support. Customers will continue to be able to get their Chevrolet vehicles serviced and repaired at authorized outlets throughout Thailand.

Please continue to have your vehicle serviced, repaired and maintained at your nearest Chevrolet dealer, as you always have.

We Remain at Your Service: Chevrolet Thailand and Dealer Partners Confirm Ongoing National Authorized Service and Repair Network

Chevrolet Thailand and Dealer Network confirm ongoing partnership to provide national network of Authorized Service Outlets into 2021 and beyond
•    All current Chevrolet Dealers nationwide will transition to become Chevrolet Authorized Service Outlets, giving customers peace of mind for Aftersales service
•    All certified maintenance, parts, warranty repairs and roadside assistance services will be conducted from Chevrolet Authorized Service Outlets
•    Chevrolet Thailand continues to uphold its commitment to looking after customers for the long term  

    Bangkok, Thailand – Chevrolet Sales Thailand has reaffirmed its commitment to providing ongoing and comprehensive Aftersales service to its valued customers nationwide with the announcement today that all current Chevrolet Dealerships around Thailand will transition to become Chevrolet Authorized Service Outlets (ASO) beyond the end of new car sales.

    This means all existing Chevrolet customers can have total peace of mind that they will continue to receive certified maintenance, parts, warranty repairs and roadside assistance services through a national network of Chevrolet Authorized Service Outlets.

    President of GM Southeast Asia, Hector Villarreal, said today’s announcement was good news for customers.
   
    “This is a very important announcement for our customers around Thailand. We are happy to confirm that all our current Dealer partners will transition to become Chevrolet Authorized Service Outlets, ensuring we have a national network of outlets for our customers to get expert maintenance, repairs and warranty services, along with genuine GM and ACDelco spare parts. It’s another important milestone in our continued commitment to look after our valued customers across Thailand beyond the end of new vehicle sales.”
