THE FIRST CHEVROLET “2S” SERVICE CENTER IS NOW OPEN IN PHUKET FOR CUSTOMERS

  • New Chevrolet service center roll-out plan will make servicing easier for customers nationwide and reinforces company’s commitment to its Chevrolet Complete Care customer promise.
  • Chevrolet is offering special deals and promotions, including getting free oil* when customers make an appointment to get oil changed at the new “2S” service center in Phuket.

PHUKET, THAILAND – Chevrolet Thailand held the grand opening of its first new Chevrolet “2S” Service Center of Thailand in Phuket on August 16, 2018. Chevrolet together with its dealer, TK Automobile, launch of the new “2S” service center to reinforce Chevrolet’s commitment to the Complete Care customer promise, makes servicing warranty and repair work more convenient for thousands of customers.

“To expand the service coverage and customer care, Chevrolet plans to open the new ‘2S’ centers offering service and spare parts under the concept of stand-alone at nationwide by 2019. The first new stand-alone Chevrolet “2S” service center in Phuket is a facility set across 900 square meters with four car service bays,” said Ms. Piyanuch Chaturaphat, Sales and Marketing General Director of Chevrolet Thailand.

This first new “2S” service center will be a role model, providing service that includes four car service bays, aftersales vehicle servicing, repairs and warranty work by qualified and certified Chevrolet technicians. While vehicle service is performed, customers can relax in a lounge designed and decorated as a comfortable living space for their enjoyment. This is to better serve Chevrolet customers in Phuket and nearby provinces where there are no Chevrolet service centers.

“The launch of the new ‘2S’ service center reinforces our commitment to the Complete Care customer promise of providing our customers with convenience and world-class experience because customers are at the center of everything we do,” said Ms. Chaturaphat.

Chevrolet Complete Care program offers a wide range of services, including an optional new service program which reduces the cost of a standard service by 40 percent on average per interval for 2019 Colorados. This is to ensure that the customers will get a valuable service from Chevrolet.

Exclusively for its customers, Chevrolet is offering special deals and promotions, including getting free oil* when customers make an appointment to get oil changed at the new “2S” service center in Phuket. This promotion is effective from August 16 to September 16, 2018.

“In the first half of 2018, Chevrolet Thailand’s sales has increased by 4 percent compared to the same period last year. Leading the charge was the Colorado, which saw 11 percent sales continue to increase compared to the same period last year,” added Ms. Chaturaphat.

The new “2S” service center will be located at 108/201 Moo 5 Chalermprakiat Rama 9 Road, Rasada, Muang, Phuket 83000. It opens from Monday to Saturday, from 08.30 – 17.30 hrs.

*The grade of the oil depends on the specification on the service manual. The highest grade oil is Dexos. The offer can be redeemed only once per Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for the first 200 customers only.
