Thai Chevrolet Dealers Honored in London with Grand Master Awards

Eleven Chevrolet dealers from Thailand recently received the ‘Grand Master’ Award in London, England, including ‘Best-of-the-Best’ winner Mrs. Patchara Satianvatidkul of Sukhothai P&Y Motors Co., Ltd., winner of five previous Grand Master Awards. The Grand Master Award – the most prestigious of the awards, recognizes dealers who excel in retail operations in terms of sales, customer care and franchise standards.

 

London, England – Chevrolet dealers from Thailand and around the world recently went to London, England for the 11th annual Dealers Recognition Awards, which pays tribute to dealer commitment, dedication and contribution to the automaker’s performance.

At the event, 11 Chevrolet dealers received the coveted ‘Grand Master’ Award for those who excel in retail operations in terms of sales, customer care and franchise standards. Among the honorees was ‘Best-of-the-Best’ winner Mrs. Patchara Satianvatidkul of Sukhothai P&Y Motors Co., Ltd., winner of five previous Grand Master Awards.

Chevrolet’s criteria are based on a stringent set of requirements for dealers. Points and percentages are awarded to those who meet Chevrolet’s standards. Dealerships are judged on sales, franchise standards, customer care and more importantly, customer satisfaction. Judging is done by Chevrolet’s franchise team and results are audited and evaluated every quarter.
